There are revelations upon which one happens when one leaves city life and spends a prolonged period of time on a mountaintop. The behavior associated with these revelations are not necessarily sustainable when one returns to the city, nevertheless, they remain anchored in the mind as truths of life. Mine are as follows:

Daily showers = overrated
Fashion = overrated
Toilets = overrated
Toilet paper = not overrated
Wearing clothes once before washing = completely overrated
Washing hands = completely underrated
The ability to tell the difference between snowprints of a large friendly dog and a mountain lion = underrated
Knowing your career path at the end of college = overrated

Two months ago I may have called this last one a life crisis, but I just spend a prolonged period of time on a mountaintop with 30+ incredibly exciting and like-minded people, with minimal contact with the world outside, and pretty much nothing constitutes a life crisis.

Everything for next semester is squared away. I begged my way into a wait listed PE class sucessfully and was pleasantly suprised to find that Dr. Bowling confused my E&M final with the answer key to compute my final grade in the class.

Now all I have left to do is figure out how to tell all my professors that I am skipping their first 3-4 classes.

Even Dre gives it up for Californ-i-a.

My sleep schedule has begun to resemble that of a 30 year inhabitant of some badly run mental hospital that still uses shock treatment.

I'll go to bed in 2 hours, sleep till 1, take my exam at 2 PM , study for my next exam till 5AM tomorrow, go to sleep, wake up at 1, take my exam at 2 PM , etc. Actually I don't know what that "etc" means, I have to go home after that and pretend I am a real person.

etc. etc. etc.

In music news, "Big hits of the 80's" is on Yahoo radio is the best station ever. Really Bono, I still haven't found what I'm looking for either.

I love dated political memorabilia. My 3.5 oz shotglasses that say "Property of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics". My Wayburn Elementary School official "No Child Left Behind" youth-large t-shirt (complete with official "No Child Left Behind" logo). My Watergate Hotel pen.

I think I like dated political memorabilia that are reminders of complete political failures. Is that weird?

Either way, when I'm seventy I will have the coolest collection of stuff to show off to people who pretend to be interested.

A little more about Nip Tuck while I avoid biochemistry:
I wanted to see how bad the reviews were getting so I googled "nip tuck reviews" and found a fan site.

This episode made alot of sense to me we all want to think that life has happy endings and everything turns out alright in the end, Well I hate to break it to some of you.....IT DOESN'T. I could see Matt as a Surgeon its not what I was expecting, but I could see it. Christain was still chasing women(And for all of you who thought he would change.....your crazy and you need to watch seasons 1-3 AGAIN) Sean and Julia never had a prayer, they care about each other but at the same time they can't seem to love each other. Every Season they break-up maybe it is best that they try to find new loves. I love both of the Characters and I want them to be happy they just can't be happy together. Hopeful Marlo will be gone now, his character just worked my nerve to no end. To me if my child where born like Conor I would want him to have surgery, and I would rather have him have the surgery as a baby so he can't remember it. Yes this episode wasn't the BEST (That was last week....lol) but it wasn't as bad as everyone is making it to be."

It seems like Nursetiffany watched seasons 1-3 AGAIN instead of doing her STOP WRITING RUN-ON SENTENCES homework.

I WANT TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF SO IM PUTTING OTHER PEOPLE DOWN. But really, Im only upset because I watched the same show that Nursetiffany did.

THans to the end of soccer seasons and its 7y2 hour rule which really means NEVER HAVE FUN rule, I am not completely soober for the first time since like August.
August waas drunky in Bozeman, Montana, just so we all remember. Which really means only I remember and maybe Tripp, but probably not because I am awesome at hiding how not soober i am.
Soccer season, I will always love you but in that way that an abused wife loves her husband. I sacrificed my body to yoyu and now will probably have aurthiritis when i am 19 but thats ok because i got to have a lot of excused absences from class. WHICH IS AWESOME

By the way, pot-smoking ethics classes at GA tech are really hurting my ability to stereotype the students there as buried neck-deep in engine diagrams and modeling programs and detached from any form of insight into the world that can't be gained by looking something up on a chart of numbers with 10^12 sig figs.

I just want everyone to know that Brooke was OMG SO EXCITED that Project Runway's Jeffery won that she started screaming and jumping up and down on the couch, then answered Olivia's call not with a "hello" but with a "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! ARENT YOU EXCITED??!?!" Then she said "Jeffery winning is like me winning!" Amazing much?

I wish she would tatoo his name on her neck so they could match.
